Organic oils Garna Organica are created by the sun,
generous earth, dreams and hands of those who appreciate the true and the real.
The farm was founded in 1996, since 2016 the agricultural company is certified as an organic producer. After harvesting the sunflower in the field the so-called “fallow” (rest for the land) is made, and the crop will return to the previous place of cultivation only after 4 years. This allows to restore soil fertility and adhere to crop rotation, which is so important in organic farming.
Garna Organica oil is produced exclusively from organic sunflower seeds which are grown by organic farms – our Partners.
Organic farm LLC “Zhyva
nyva” has been engaged in organic farming for 7 years. They specialize in growing traditional crops -
sunflower, buckwheat, soy bean, rapeseed, and niche (spelled, flax, horse beans, peas) using no-till
technology. For the last 2 years, the farm has been relying on organic high-oleic sunflower.
Private Enterprise “Agroecology” - is a pioneer farm of organic farming in Ukraine. Imagine: 40 years (!!!) in the heart of Poltava Region they grow organic sunflower, winter wheat, millet, buckwheat, corn, soy bean, perennial grasses (medick, sainfoin), vetch, oats, rye. The business of organic farming in this farm is continued and developed by the third generation of farmers. It is organic cultivation technology that protects crops from diseases, constantly improves the structure and biota of the soil.
The company was established
in 2000, since 2013 - it cultivates only organic crops (sunflower, soybeans, corn, chickpeas, lentils, flax
and hemp). The company Arnika uses nearly a third of its land bank for organic sunflower. Thanks to a
well-thought-out crop rotation technology (sunflower returns to the previous place of cultivation after 4
years), soil fertility indicators are restored, while high crop yields are achieved.
Organic sunflower oil is a source of useful Omega-6-9 fatty acids, has a high content of vitamin E which is extremely important for a balanced healthy diet.

It has a
particularity of high content of useful Omega-9 fatty acid, which is important for a balanced
healthy diet. High oleic organic refined sunflower oil has high resistance to oxidation,
comfortable and safe for frying at high temperatures.

organic purification of such refined oil allows to keep in it as much as possible all useful

marinades, frying and baking at temperatures up to 180 °C.
